The following are just a few of our current residential and commercial projects, as well as some of the projects we've completed and have listed For Sale. Current Residential Projects

• The Masters at Mariana Butte, Loveland Colorado (pictured at left). 

  • Final phase of a 1,200 unit subdivision surrounding the renowned Mariana Butte golf course in Loveland, Colorado. 75 single family premium lots. Purchased from a large N.Y. Hedge Fund, secured a regional builder, and completing build out and sale. Home price points from the upper $300's - $600,000. Phase I home construction is underway. 

• Cattails in the Meadows, Littleton Colorado

  • ​Townhome project located in Littleton, Colorado. This project consists of two phases of 7 townhomes per phase priced in the $300's. Phase I is sold out, and Phase II sales have commenced. 

• Soledad Commons, Santa Clarita California

  • ​This project will consist of 220 age restricted (55+) market rate apartments located in Canyon Country, Santa Clarita California. Construction projected to commence 3rd quarter 2015.

Current Commercial Projects

 

• Soledad Commons, Santa Clarita California

  • 15,000 square feet of retail space as part of a mixed use project located within a 220 unit age restricted market rate apartment complex located in Canyon Country, Santa Clarita California. Construction is expected to commence 3rd quarter 2015.

• Malley Heights Retail Shopping Center, Northglenn Colorado

  • Distressed shopping center purchased in 2013. Approximately 40,000 square feet of leasable area. This center was virtually empty upon acquisition and is approximately 70% occupied with strong positive cash flow.
