Westwoods, Arvada Colorado - master planned over 200 acres which included retail, residential,  & multi family. Relocation of roadways, high pressure gas lines and coordination and approvals through 2 Cities, State and Metro Districts and the Army Corps of Engineers. The project included:

• Westwoods Shopping Center, Arvada Colorado.

  • A dual anchored (King Soopers, Kohl's) 300,000 sq.ft. retail shopping center. Sold in 2004 for a record CAP rate.

• Westwoods Ridge Subdivision, Arvada Colorado.

  • 80 lot single family subdivision. Prepared the subdivsion to permit ready status and sold all of the lots to 4 Regional builders in 12 months.

 

Aspen Meadows, Federal Heights Colorado - 84 unit town home project. Partially completed, distressed project. Partnered with a local capital/development partner. Completed the existing units and re-established the value for bulk sale.
