Mark Connor - President/Founder
Mr. Connor has over 20 years of hands on experience in commercial and residential real estate ownership, management, finance and operations from entitlement through build out and sale. Mark has been responsible for the direct oversight of all aspects of the various projects he's been involved with including the analysis of the initial investment, securing the debt and equity and managing investor and banking relations.
Mr. Gross began developing high end single family homes in Calfornia in the 80's and expanded into land acquistion, entitlement and build-out. Fred has acquired, financed and owned hundreds of single family lots as well as a 300,000 square foot shopping center. His experience in all phases of the development endeavor is truly field tested. Fred oversees all development activities for Denmark Corp.
Mr. Wissinger has over 25 years of diverse real estate experience in commercial and residential real estate. Matt has owned, managed and brokered hundreds of transactions as well as overseen the management of commercial properties. Mr. Wissinger assists in the development process and oversees the management of Denmark Corp. commercial properties.
Mr. Park has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate ownership, finance and brokerage. He has owned a property management company for the past 3 years. John developed, owned and sold an 80 person mortgage company. His diverse experience brings a unique skill set to all acquisition and development opportunities. John oversees all acquisitiion analysis for Denmark Corp.

Denmark Corp. personnel have a diverse history in the Real Estate Industry that has been field tested through many decades of direct experience. This experience includes most real estate product types including problem portfolio, and loan work-out situations. We begin by evaluating specific real estate and its related market, seeing projects through to completion and adding value while managing costs in order to improve a projects viability and return.
